my landlord wants me out but hasnt served no papers what do i do

I need an attorney I have court this month called my public defender multiple timetimes and got no answer. I feel my rights were violated I was handcuffed and thrown in police car and wasn't even in seat on floor couldn't move and transported to station this way

I was e mail about loan for $8000.00 and all I had to do was send three months payments in advance which I did the day when there wrer to mak a deposit to my account I got call from the tell me that I had to purchase a inserunce for the loan and all I had to do was ppay $750.00 1/2 of the cost so I had it canceled the loan and ask for my money back they told me it would take 14 to30 days befor I could get it io told I needed it back that day they said they would,this has put me in avery bad money problem because of being on ssi diabilty my bill are going to suffer and Imy credit is going to take a big hit I have to pay for a truck payment and rent and insurance I have no othere way to gover them I neeed to get them to return that money by the end of this week, I need help. I was olso scam by company out of Washington involving free gov. grant money that also menschen that they were working with the f.b.i.i lost $150.00in that.

My roomate and I signed a 12 month lease. 3 months into she is leaving and wants me to sign her off the lease leaving me the only one responsible. Do I have to sign her off? I can't afford the place by myself.

my wife asked me to leave the house 9 months ago. We now live in 2 different counties. She is very controlling of the time that i can spend with my daughter. So, I would like to go to court in order to let them set up some sort of visitation with my daughter for me, something more concrete than just my ex's wims and how she's feeling on the days I want to see my daughter. How do I go about filing for visitation rights. Please help- I am missing my daughter terribly and I know I should be able to see her. Thank You

i have paid a large sum of money to the back child support i owe however the mother of the children will not fill out an affidavit to give me credit. can i file a motion to see if the court will grant that so i can clear up the back support. i have clear proof in my bank account the she got the money direct to her bank account, she gave me credit for two of the payments but refuses to do the rest and it is over $2000.00. i do not have the money for an attorney and will have to do the filing my self so i need to know how and what forms.

My fiances' ex-wife received over $100,000 in an informal inheritance- her and her brother sold property and split the equity. His payments are current and we see his son regularly. Would her receiving the inheritance change his child support obligation?

Just moved out to AZ, my girlfriend and I have a house with a pool and a walled in back yard. She asked if it is legal to sunbathe without a swimsuit or any clothes on. I know there are public exposure laws, but does it make a difference that is in my own property and with an enclosed yard? Or if a neighbor looks over my wall and sees her and reports it, are we in the wrong?

Can I put a restraining order on my wife for myself and our three children? We are in the middle of a divorce and the kids live with me, I take care of them, she hardly calls or comes to see them but everytime I don't give her money she threatens to take them and remove them from school while I'm at work? I need an order of protection to keep her away until the court hearing. Can I do this?

So my ex is threatening me to take my daughter away from me , while he's the one that abandoned us in the 1st place ..I provided these years and he's berly stepped up and I've only asked him for help to watch our these couple weeks . And he feels like he has the power to threatened me while he hasn't been providing for our daughter. I'm lost why should I do ?
