  • I stay at an rv park that charges a flat rate for daily space, weekly spaces and monthly spaces. I have no lease. I wasn't given any paperwork or rules of any sort when I parked my fifth wheel. All I was told was their is a flat monthly rate 223.00 and electric is a pay as you use type of deal. Their is no paperwork what so ever. The prices are flate rates for the however long your staying is and it's seriously posted on a sign outside the office. What are my rights and can they evict me and charge me late fees because I haven't been able to pay for this month yet due to this pandemic?
  • my brother and I are Coconino County Superior Court appointed guardian/conservator for my mother who has recently died. How do we terminate this arrangement with the court? It is also time for the annual report to the court. There is less than $60 in the estate.
  • Our son who was 41 committed suicide. he did not leave a will. I need to have power of attorney so I can deal with his estate. Do we have to file something with the probate court? If so how do I go about that?
  • I was charged for burglary and theft felonies. I signed a plea admitting to the theft and the burglary charge was dismissed. After completing my probation the theft was reduced to a misdemeanor. I then had the misdemeanor set aside. Both the burglary and theft are showing up on an apartment background check and they don't say anything about being dismissed or set aside. Could this be an error? Could the court have mistakenly not cleared the conviction? Or is it the program they are using is not accurate? Thanks
  • I was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting.I spent the night in jail. I plead not guilty and walked out. I believed I would be able to have an public defender because of my low income and spending the night in jail. I believed 100% I would be provided an attorney. I forgot to mention that the said truck was in fact my personal truck and my son had the privilege of driving it, I would not have this charge. The charge was because I told my son that I to move his truck or I would slash his tires. Can I have help with this on my record please? Thank you for your time. Tanya Winters

  • If an order of protection is obtained, and an appeal was rejected. In the even the order is then modified and granted with the modification, does the order of protection get extended? For example: original order granted 11/12/2015, but was modified and granted 2/2/2016 is the new date 2/2/2016 or does remain the date of the original service?
  • My employer told me I have to be out of work while my FMLA Paperwork is being approved. This is causing me to lose out on money, putting me in a financial bind making it harder to meet my needs. Is my employer correct? Do I have to be out of work while my employer Is reviewing and approving the paperwork?
