  • I was working as a car salesman and the business was going rough. I found another job and I have not being able to pay my rent. I received an eviction letter, but I have no money to pay any payment. Luckily I am in the process of hiring in a much better job. Is there any help in Tucson Az to avoid the Eviction?
  • I've lived in Arizona since February. My husband is in the military. I am now pregnant, & want a divorce. He is verbally abusive and has a strong temper. He just recently tried to commit suicide and was in the pyschiatric hospital. Can I get a divorce while pregnant? Or what about an anullment since he tried to kill himself? Thanks.

  • As a tenant am I able to send the owner a bill for time spent at the property assisting with maintenance and work done to repair numerous deferred maintenance issues? I calculated at least 55 hours whereby I was expected to be at the property when workers repaired faucets and broken pipes and the need to tear up and replace kitchen tiles, and more. I had to take time out from my work to help the owner fix her property - how can that be correct?

  • I move into apt Oct 7, The move in date was set by them month in advance, I been waiting for a apt. They gave me a costsheet with the correct move in date, it had the monthly rent would be, what I am responsible for, deposits, fees, and summary of movein total. It also stated what paid by tenant and proof need for move in such as electric acct number. We both signed it and it required two cashier checks and listed the amount. Nothing changed. once move in they audit and found out they calculated the prorated days wrong. Now they want more money. I budgeted using their form
  • Hello, my lease explicitly states that 30 days notice prior to lease ending date is required if I wanted to move out after the lease is up. At the last second we just decided that we are going to move. What penalties would I be facing monetarily speaking for not giving my landlord 30 days notice. Today is October 30th 2017. My lease states that ends November 1st 2017. However in the lease agreement we agreed that rent would be due on the 5th each month. So technically I'm paid up through the 5th of November.
  • Can I modify a joint custody order to a sole custody? The father is not complying with his obligations. He has sinced moved, and has little or no contact with the boys in months.
