  • i lived in home and left due to domestic violence. the property manger recieved my order of protection and allowed me to vacate. 6 years later my check is being garnished for unpaid rent and attorney fees. they got a judgement from the court and a collection agency is who garnished my check. i have to pay over 4000 dollars. I thought since domestic vioelnece i was able to leave according to 33-318.
  • Va Hospital prescribed medication causing me to suffer chest pains everytime I took the medication. VAMC Phx emergency, Drs told me I was only suffering 'Distress Syndrome' and released. Four hours later ambulance to Chandler Hospital for a Heart attack - two stents. I've since been taking 10 nitros a day for pain. The VA placed me in the Hospital for observation for 2 1/2 days. Drs did no testing just observation (Cardiologist too busy to see me) and released. I ended up in Chandler Hosp again, they did all the testing VA refused. Results I need open heart surgery & a Pro Bono Lawyer.
