I was court ordered to pay a certain amount of child support ($1000) My income has changed drastically due to job change. I cannot afford to pay the full amount of the court order but have still been making monthly payments every month ($200). My ex now wants me to go to jail for not paying full payment. Is this possible?

Can my landlord charge me for water, electric, or other utility bills that the property manager neglected to charge for in previous months? I am now being charged for utilities that were billed 2, 3, 4, and even 5 months ago. For instance, a bill came to them in May, which they neglected to post to our account, and they are now charging me for in September.

My Mother lived in and owned property in Sun City, AZ for about 30 yrs. She had two living children whom have had a rather toxic relationship. She had a living trust and her son is named Successor Trustee. In 2003 she suffered a small stroke and (while still mentally alert) she had a problem with her speaking ability. Her son physically relocated her to New Mexico about 10 months before she passed in Feb. 2011. He had sold her property in AZ in Sept 2010 but moved all her personal belongings to his property in NM prior to that date. Her remains are interred in AZ. Which state would have jurisdiction if a probate proceeding is necessary? (i.e.- Say the Successor Trustee fails to act?)

In jan our house was searched a warrant never given we picked one up a week later then we wanted another copy 6 months later it was a new warrant nothing like the first one is that legal?

I own a mobile home and rent a lot. I recieved an immediate eviction notice due to criminal acts. My 7 year old son was playing and broke a window on a vacant trailor owned by the park. we did not know until the eviction came. he is the only biracial child gets blamed for EVERYTHING. there is a boy a few doors down who purposely broke out windows on two trailors and set fire to the park grass and he's still here. there are other kids who have vadalized etc and they are still here. where do we go from here? is this discrimination?

I had a written lease for a residence.  Before my lease expired, the landlord put the property I had under lease up for sale.  When I saw that the landlord had put the property up for sale, I moved out of the leased property two months before the lease had expired.   Did I breach my lease?  If I did breach my lease, how do I calculate how much money I owe the landlord?
