  • I have a 2 year old from my previous marriage. Her father moved out of state after we separated and filled for divorce since i did not know of his whereabouts i was given sole custody. I have not changed my last name back to my maiden name because i wanted my daughter to have my same last name. Can i add my last name after her father's last name? maybe hyphenated? what is the process? does her father have to sign? where do i go to start the process?
  • Our landlord refuses to fix our swamp cooler and the resulting problems. The swamp cooler leaks water, which has damaged the roof so that it leaks in our bedroom & closet for the last 3 years. This year it blew a fuse, so the landlord is using OUR extention cord for power. Now, whenever the cooler is turned on, the faucets and metal parts of our toilet/sink are electrified. We would like to file the 10 day repair notice but can't afford to move out. Can we file for damages while still living in the apt? Are we allowed to stay until the case is over?
  • Can a parent kick a child out of the house at 17 6 months and a day?
  • Is a landlord/apartment manager allowed to put into a lease that any legal action against the complex is subject to additional fees? And, what is the maximum fee allowed for late charges on rent?
  • We terminated our lease early. We gave them notice in writing. They have continued to stall getting the house rented to someone else. It was ready to be moved into at the first of the month and they won't even let a new tenant look at it until the 10th. I read that according to Ariz rev stat 33-1370 that a "landlord has a duty to find a new tenant". I'm having a problem finding that actual wording in the law. We are on the hook for rent until a new renter is found, but it seems they are preventing that.
  • Where Can I Buy Seroquel (Quetiapine) Online at Lowest Price?

  • 2 of the burners on my stove have gone out. I notified management who is just going to replace it instead of repairing it. They sent someone to remove the stove on Thursday 9/24/15. It is now Saturday 9/26/15 and we have no stove. The vendor says it will be Tuesday 9/29/15 before we have a stove. Can i turn in receipts for food expenses while we are without a stove? Rent is due on 10/1/15 and I'd like to subtract a reasonable amount from my rent for these expenses since I can't cook at home.
  • I share joint custody of my son with my ex husband. We agreed to a parenting schedule at the time of our divorce 2 yrs ago. Now, I'm engaged and will need to modify the parenting schedule. Can my ex prevent me from moving 100 miles away to live with my new husband when our original order read "must remain 25 miles or less". I have a job lined up as well. How much notice do I need to give to move with our son to our new home?(I have physical custody)
  • I was fired for forwarding an email deemed offensive...no nudity but the word penis appeared. Other people have received only reprimands for like offenses. I believe the termination was personal because the Pres. didn't like me...My sales performance was not in question. Others have numerous formal complaints against them and were ordered to anger mgmt. classes, but still employed. I knew there was a policy against what I did...even my boss and I traded emails before. Do I have a chance at any recourse?
