  • I have rented this house for 8 years now. I have been fighting with my landlord because they do not fix anything. My stove was falling apart and I had to buy a new one. The most important thing is the old a/c unit used to clog and leak. It caused water to leak into the linen closet inside front bathroom. The old repair guy came out and took pictures but never came back. The property manager came out and took pictures because there is mold in that bathroom,m. My landlord has not fixed it, I cannot afford to move because I am helping my daughter with nursing school. What can I do?

What can be done? I sent a letter to the courts ask for an amendment also with a letter from the landlord telling me to get her out of the house because she is not on the lease or i will be evicted. But again i cant go home to . Basically she can just staywith free rent eating grapes with legs kicked up.
