how much benefits can i receive for 5 in my household

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.

I own a 55+ senior Rv community. A person living in a park model passed away. Their relatives have been trying to sell it. They paid the yearly rent (which is at a substantial discount). Two months later they received an offer on their home and now want a refund or partial refund of the rent. Now I have several signs in the office that states there are no prorations or refunds on rent. They are telling me that it's against the law that I rerent the space once they leave unless they sign a release allowing me to do so. Am I able to rent the space once they leave without refunding them?

We gave a roommate 30-day verbal notice that his month-to-month lease was up. If he doesn't leave could his drinking binges (including driving on a suspended license, with no insurance), and belligerent, vaguely threatening but scary behavior be enough to get an immediate eviction started? He will go into the kitchen falling down drunk when everyone else is asleep, and I'm afraid he could start a fire, by accident or on purpose. Or would we have to give him written notice and start from square one? Thanks!

Goodmorning, my tenant asked to break lease four months early leaving in March. I have started looking for a new tenant thru realtor, he is supposed to leave march 31st but he says he may not have anywhere to go so he might stay what happens if we find new tenant but he has not mved out. Can he stay after he gave written notice he was leaving early

We have bed bugs in our unit and the old landlord was supposed to treat for them but did not before they sold the unit is the new landlord responsible for treating for bed bugs

Does the Arizona Revenue Service have something similar to the IRS' Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007? If you have a foreclosure and subsequent debt forgiven, does Arizona add it to your income or do they have a provision to exclude it (similar to the IRS' Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007)?

My daughter is 17 and pregnant the baby's father is also 17 but his parents are refusing to let him attend any baby appointments or be a part of the child's birth. The baby is due in March and he wont be 18 until May. What can he do legally? He doesn't want to miss out on his child until he is 18.

I have decided that it is safe for my son to be able to see his dad without the visitation being supervised by myself or someone I deem appropriate which is stated in our divorce decree. I have sole legal and physical custody. How do I go about changing the order so that visitation does not require supervision so that I can't get in trouble?

My Landlord has started Eviction proceedings and has become quite vicious about the whole issue. I do not dispute the fact that I am late with the rent. (Serious Medical Issues arose) and have been attempting to make arrangements for the arrears and current amounts due. He is refusing to discuss that option. He is now adding that I am a problem to the other neighbors, in addition huge maintenance list he has told me has cost the landlord undue stress and hardship.
