QUESTIONS

  • How can I get help ? I have a neighboring tentant and they keep harrasing me. I don't know them or know their names. I've reported complaints to manager about them throwing large amounts of cigarettes at my door- even leaving them burning at my door step. There is a  10 day notice that has passed and they continue the harrassment..

  • I'm looking for some guidance regarding the AZ Real Estate Recovery Fund. I submitted a claim against the fund some time ago but it was denied for multiple reasons, all of which were inaccurate. I'd like some advice from somebody with experience with getting reimbursement from the fund. The basis of my claim is the fact that my property manager embezzled security deposits and when his scam ran its course, he committed suicide. The fund is clearly setup to help those who have been a victim of real estate fraud, but the commissioner weaseled her way out of my claim on technicalities.
  • I have a 2 yr lease and 15 months into the lease the landlord asks if I want to end lease early without penalty because he wants to sell. I agreed and landlord has given a date for lease termination. Can I request he amend original lease to show new expiration date? If he sells the home prior to that date, what are my rights

Full access to the house was not given despite what was implied in the lease. They made unannounced visits and we have reasonable suspicion that they are leasing this home without a license.

  • I was arrested and charged for dangerous drug and drug paraphanella possesion and sentenced to 5 yrs unsupervised probation 12 weeks drug classes and tasc i never did any of those i have a warrant for failure to appear is this considered a felony warrant
