I married a girl that already had a 3yr old.Because she came out pregnant from me.After a yr. of being pregnant she decided to change her sons last name to mine.We divorced after 6yrs. and she said in court I'm her son's father although we DO NOT have a father and son relationship.She lied when she filled out our divorced papers sayin we got married when her son was 9mnths. and NOT 3yrs. and about me being his only father figure.So im having to pay child support for him too.Im not allowed to see my daughter cause i dont have contact with her son.What can I DO to NOT have responsibilities over him

how can I find out if an order of protection was served?

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

What is the time limit on the landlord fixing problems in the house? We have sent 3 requests since August 3, 2014 and they still have not fixed these 2 problems.

A large cactus in the backyard fell on September 1st; two days later the landlord acknowledged the fallen cactus. It is now October 13th and no one has come by for an estimate to remove it. Our son cannot go outside because he just wants to touch it. Do we hire someone to remove it and take it out of the rent? They also never reimbursed us for the exterminators who camea few times when we first moved in. They have never acknowledged, and denied the issue of the bugs. This had been an ongoing issue with them.

I have a daughter who just graduated high school and is going to be 18 in 3 weeks. I am moving out of state be for then. Is there any way for her to get her own apartment. She is also a full time college student and a part time worker. she makes enough to pay rent with no worry what so ever.

So i just moved down here about a month ago with to move with a friend my name is not on the lease and i also have mail here and hes trying to kick me out in kess then 24 hours but i have no where ekse to go because i am originally from ohio. What are my rights.

I'm currently receiving child support from my ex-husband, however there is back child support that is still owed. I understand I can do a 25% garnishment of his check to surfice the arrears? If so what are the steps?

my year lease is up nov 29 she gave me notice today rent increase again frm 513 to 575 this is a studio apt no bigger thn 500 sq ft is this legal she is a slum lord also charging water when its not separate units also she has thermaostat in office I have no control of it she has done no upgrades I replace things whn they need to b replaced and roaches I have to take care of the prob myself can she keep raising my rent every year ? help

Does the renter pay the HOA fees for the landlord,since this landlord didn't comply with a lease or any written agreement concerning rent it was all verbal.
