Is there an agency that can help prepare a trust? I have a friend that is terminal (still mentally competent) that has not prepared a will or trust. She is on disability and low income.

A few years ago my wife co-signed on an auto loan with her friend. She gave them her contact information, but was not the primary on the account. We ran her credit report recently, and discovered that her friend has been more than 30 days late close to 80% of the time over the last couple years. This has killed my wife's credit. We spoke to the bank, and found that they have been in contact with "her", and have signed documents from "her". My wife has not been in contact with the bank at all. So, how How can we convince the bank it wasn't her they were speaking to?

My 16 year old son was taken to the emergency room for taking pills and scratching his arm. There is no disputing that he needs inpatient care to help with his depression. The hospital has been very helpful, but are telling us that he may be transfered to a facility that we are not comfortable sending him to. What rights do we have when it comes to making sure that he goes to a facility we have investigated and approve of? We do not want him to go to a place that has terrible staff and facility reviews, and are looking out for his best interest.

I own my trailer but rent the space. The owner of the park passed away and we were left alone for a few months. Rent checks were returned and it was chaos. I received a certified letter saying I have not paid rent for 4 months, when I know I have. I have proof for 1 of those months, but cannot find the others. The office is open for 3 hours a day while I'm at work, so I stick it in the outside mailbox that is locked. Other tenants have received the same notice and said they also paid. Some tenants are also suing the park for abandonment. What can I do to prevent paying rent twice? Thank you

2014 we lease a car for 36 months st $ 229.00 a month gave our our 2004 mint condition as down payment supposedly % 5000.00 we need a larger vehicle we were moving so went to see what they could do.The.dealer paid off the Camry but added it to the truck,our payments now $579.91for 84 months.what the salesman didn't tell us that they wrapped amount of the Camry to the truck payment, so we are paying for 2 cars and they kept the car .We only have one vehicle. Is that legal? What they did? We pay $579.91 monthly,to much.our solely monthly low income is 1773.00 combined.we tried to refinance with other banks but were denied they said we owe more than the vehicle was worth.we are up to our neck with to many bills If we voluntary turned up the vehicle can they go after our only assets,a2bedroom little house? Please help,can't afford lawyer fees bankruptcy is not an option. We always have good credit,we manage with credit cards.

We had an installer for a cable company in our house. My dog broke through the gate and bit his pants which scraped his leg. No puncture through the skin, no bleeding. Not trying to minimize what happened. It was scary. He put in a claim with his workmans comp. Now the Workmans Comp insurance company is sending us notices that we are responible to re-emburse them. The notice says "Medical Lein" Is this legal? They are being paid by the company and they also want to collect from us? The letter says I should submit a claim to my home owners insurance. Help?
