My 91 year-old father has recently been admitted to an Altzheimer's long term care facility. My stepsister, his ex-wife and a fiduciary have healthcare Power of Attorney. The fiduciary is private and only acts as a substitute. I have no access to his medical records. I live in CA & cannot take charge of his care. He's medicated and sleepy all the time. How can I get access to his medical records without becoming responsible for his care from another state? My stepsister is not cooperative and has even threatened my visits with my father. The fiduciary interceded on my behalf. His ex-wife has taken all his assets.

I have a question dealing with statute of limitations. I had cosmetic surgery in July 2017. Afterwards I had Ramsey Hunt Syndrome in my left ear. I have lost balance and dizziness problems due to the damage. I had tests performed by a doctor in fall of 2019 which diagnosed the extent of damage from this. Would the statute of limitations be from date of Ramsey Hunt diagnosis or could it be from the date the damage was measured and diagnosed by a doctor?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Ok my son n his first baby mama when tto court the judge give him time with his son like tueaday n thursday from 2 to 5 n fridays over nite she never have follow those orders now sience he was a baby now he is 4 n he been living with me n his dad she have drop him off two months ago she dont call him or come see him ahe have two other kids but she dont do anything about my grandson i put him in school i get foodstamps for him in i clain him on my taxes my son ia going to California what can i do am scared she comes n takes him he said he dont want to go with his mom what can i do can u plz

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.
