We have been having trouble with our A/C unit for over a year now and each time the landlord "fixes" it it breaks soon after. Last summer our place was uninhabitable for 3 weeks. The landlord "fixed" our AC twice already this week. Today they showed up to let us know it's still broken. What do we do?

Landlord has not filed with the county as a rental. Landlord died and no local contact from 2012 to 2016 and NO CONTACT from 2016 until 5/2018. I had request the cooler be replaced, but no action taken by respondent. Trust attorney now forcing me to purchase or evict, without any repairs to house.

My sis has been in my house since 2015 and I moved to CA. I just found out that my landlord served a judgement in my name and evicted her in my name without notifying me. The Property Mgr and the Owner knew I was in CA and said they would put the lease in her name but never did. Since they did not notify me, is this legal?

I am being accused of a crime I didn't commit I gave my statement to police. They stated they didn't believe I did the crime. Now two detectives want me to go to police station for same matter. I want to find legal representation to come with me for free or really cheap. I need to know my rights. Some police like to twist your words and to railroad people.
