My daughter is 15 and she still dont want to go visit with her dad, she says dad treats her bad like an inmate and make her feel bad and dont feel safe, she gets a lot of anxiety when its her days she has to go, can I take her to court and find someone that could help us support her at court?

The child support payments I pay are garnished through my employer. The monies are paid to a gov't clearing house agency in Phoenix. When I changed jobs and wages began garnishment (eventually) the amount that was garnished was incorrect. I didn't realize and had no part in setting up the garnishment. Now I am being sued for arrears. Who is responsible for submitting the correct garnishment calculations? The court order clearly states the monthly amount to be paid.

My recently ex wife charged me with domestic violence last year. She also had an order of protection against me. After many trials and no evidence the last trial she changed her story completely and lied about the incident completely. I have severely struggled all year trying to clear my name and going broke for supervised visits. Who do I talk to and what are my options?

What is considered "a reasonable amount of time" for repairs? We have had no hot water for 3 days and I sent my landlord the laws and he came back saying that they can turn off the hot water to make repairs & they aren't being "negligent" so we can't take action.

My husband & I are legal guardians to a non relative child age 15. We have had him since he was 7. Mother's location not known. Father never in picture. We would like to transfer guardianship to our son & his wife. How do we proceed with this? The child was a ward of the state and we do receive cash assistance, health benefits and free lunch at his school and would like that transferred to our son as well. We do not want to incur any legal costs. Thank you.
