My child is 7 years old , I’ve been an only parent for nearly all of that time with the non custodial parent making inconsistent monthly visits for the first year of life and completely disappearing for the next 6 (by own choice). My child was unaware non custodial parent existed . They show up months ago requesting to meet child & now is demanding parenting time . Essentially I feel as though my child was abandoned by none custodial parent & would like to know what rights to custody and parenting time the absent parent is allotted to if any after being absent for 6 years?

Her and her boyfriend are both heroin addicts. Recently she called me needing my help and stating she wanted to change her life and get away from the heroin and her boyfriend. What information will the judge accept as germane to this appeal? Appeal of UC benefits for voluntary quit. UC was granted: based on "...inharmonious relations with a fellow employee....You voluntarily left with good cause." The employer was stating that "...while being given a performance improvement plan, she became upset and resigned." This is not accurate. Job abandonment and failure to provide written notification cited. I have an email 061313 from my supervisor in response to my leaving because of the current unresolved tensions with a co worker. I am going through an eviction brought on by a foreclosure of my property. The writ of restitution is being sent today to the process server as the attornys handling the eviction are in Maricopa county. My question is this; will the paperwork be filed on Tuesday next as this is a holiday week-end or can the process server actually file the writ on a Saturday? I am just trying to see how much time I have as I am in the process of vacating anyway.
