  • We live in an RV resort, own a park model. We have a business license to do yard work and have been doing well here in the park helping older people that cannot do what we do. We work on the weekends, but the park is considering prohibiting working on Sunday. Can they do this according to AZ law. They have also issued a ruling that people who work for the park cannot do side jobs in the park at all, even on their own time and with their own equipment. Is this legal?
  • I have been living in my apartment for almost a year now. Three months sicnce i moved in i discovered bed bugs. In May 2016 they came to exterminate. I have not seen any bed bugs til recencently. I went to the office in January 2017 and told them they i still have bed bugs in my apt. They are trying to charge me 300 for coming out to exterminate again, are they allowed to do so? Well I was terminated before being able to pay off the balance. My question is can they withhold that from my final paycheck? Also they're charging me for a price book that I dont have and some uniforms that were missing but I turned in whatever uniforms I had. Can they withhold that as well?

My mother also has to re-apply each year to continue guardianship. My mother wants to relocate to Arizona with the minor. My question is: 1.can my mother leave the state of Wisconsin with the minor?
