  • When I was born my parents were not married so my birth certificate has the name of my mother's ex-husband as my biological father. I would like to legally put my father on my birth certificate as my biological father. My mothers is deceased as well as the man that is on my birth certificate. My father has agreed to a paternity test. What steps do I need to do to have this done?

What can I do. $1400 dollars is quite an amount to keep for just because. I was told they could have shown the trailer 2 times during that time, however the unit was not even ready for someone to move in.
  • Can my landlord impose a fee because I own a washing machine? This fee was not indicated on my original rental contract I signed 9 years ago. This fee was implemented AFTER they built a laundry room. Their excuse for charging this fee is that the water bill is higher, which wasn't an issue before they built the laundry room.

  • M.H. owner & M.H. space renter of 19 yrs.. finally given :. agreement but don't follow AZ. laws. Sent a request to Landlord to bring lease up to fo;;ow M.H.P provisions but still no response back from him. They now are trying to evict for late rent payment they refused because I didn't include utility charges due to the unlawful ways of billing proof. I told them to first meet the request's of the lease and then it will be paid. I had full rent $400.00. Utilities are separate from rent. Can they still refuse my rent payment for space? And what are my rights if lease is unlawful?
