hi  i've applyed for food stamps online but i don't know how to get cash assistance i get ssi every month but i have to pay my bills with it i was wondering if i can still get cash assistance

My ex-boyfriend has three different jobs. One of them is a firefighter job where he works at strait 36 hour shift so he’s free the majority of the week to work another full-time job. He also works another side job once a week. Because of him working 6, 10 hour plus shifts a week, amongst other issues with him I get little to no help with our infant daughter. This has drastically decreased the hours I can work and my income. He is telling me that legally he will only have to pay me child support from one of his jobs only and not all of them. Is this true?

My ex-wife has sole custody of our kids. She constantly uses it to her advantage. We have arranged time for me to have the kids but if it doesn't benefit her she will make it very difficult. I want to have a very set time for which we have the kids and I want to be able to have more imput in decisions regarding the kids. I need to get joint custody. Im 13 and want my daddys last name. My dna giver or "real dad" means nothing to me. My daddy has been there for me since i was 2. He has different dna but who cares. my mom said i can borrow money and she will help me change my last name to be like her and my daddy. but how? my mom says dna dad has to say its okay to change my last name. but he wont. i even asked him. and i only see him one every few years. cant i tell judge i want my daddy's last name even if not same dna? pleaze help.

I am the biological father,a perternity test was done and I was in prison when she was born.I was to follow all D.E.S programs,But had to put it off til I took care of a fauls accusation in a fellony case-which got dissmissed.And now she was adopted out and I was not notified (but had no stable address). Can the adoption be reversed? I reside in Arizona if that helps.

My wife and I moved into a rental home on 3/1/18 in Tucson, Arizona, and almost immediately my wife and I started having breathing problems when inside the house. We do not experience any of this when outside the house. Upon my inspection, I noticed black mold inside and out of the guest bathroom toilet. The management company sent their maintenance person who after getting clearance (1 week) they removed and replaced the toilet. The odor was abated for approximately 2 days and returned with the entire inside of the house smelling musty. It is more pungent in the laundry room and master bathroom. I have found mold in the master bathroom toilet on the inside. I went to the Management Company on 3/22/18 to advise them we continue to find mold in the house and my wife and myself are having breathing problems, mucus and headaches when we are in the home. We are having no issues when we are not inside the home and outside at work or living our active life style. and to see if they would look into this and was advised it was on me and I should hire a mold technician check it out. If mold is found then the Management company would move on it. Why would I have to have this expense, it’s not my house, we just moved in and I feel this is the landlords responsibility. Can you please advise if there is any action I might take that would not cost a large amount of money to get the management company to do their job and do due diligence on this issue. Also, if you know of any agency in Tucson that controls these types of issues between Tenants and their landlords/Management Companies please let me know. Thank you.

We moved in on may 24 on may 25 we tried contacting front office of refrigerator not working daughter in law went in to main office on a Monday they told her following Wednesday maintenance would be in 2 weeks later maintenance shows up says it needs freon another week passes still fridge not fixed all food now spoiled contract does say tenant responsible for kiss but doesn't say tenant responsible for loss if complex neglegent do I get reimbursed for food lost

Do I have to renew an order of protection in the court that ordered it or can it be done through any justice court?
