my sister lives in AZ. She has a parenting agreement with babies father. He is abusive, in and out of jail for meth, and many other reasons she is trying to move back home to Indiana. Father says he will have her arrested if she leaves the state and she is scared, please help.

I am renting part of a unit where there are three other roommates. None of us knew each other. Landlord put us together as sudents. They party all the time. I cannot sleep or study. Can I get out of my lease. I cannot pay this rent and afford another place at the same time. If he serves eviction notice to all of us, do I still owe him the rent for the remainder of the lease. Other tenants are happy.

How do I get a warrant served for a deadbeat parent that is in arrears of almost $35,000? He seems to disappear alot.I can't get the sherrifs department to go after him unless there is a warrant.

My friend has a son and the mother currently has sole custody of him. She currently resides in a two bedroom apt with her boyfriend whereas my friend is renting a three bedroom house. His son has his own room and the mother has the son sharing a room with two children 10, 8 that belong to her boyfriend. I received an email saying where to leave the keys and that inspection would be done the next day when I was never aware that I had to leave the property I was renting so I called the number given in the email and was told I was sent a letter back in August notifying me of action. they said letter was received but we had no idea of what letter. now we have to get out in 5 days since they said we already had 60 days to move out or next step will be an eviction notice from court which fees will have to be paid by me.wha can I do?

I was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and released on OR, missed a court date and brought in in a warrant. I was released on supervised release. I left the state and never went back. It has been 20 years. I want to get it cleared up because it comes up when my fingerprints are run for employment and concealed carry permit. Is this past the statute of limitations? Is the law different because I left the state?

My boyfriend got arrested a few days ago in Phoenix for a supposed probation violation when he wasn't even on probation in the first place. The city of Scottsdale put a hold on him for an unpaid warrant from years ago for underage drinking and driving under the influence. The Phoenix jail said if I paid a bond of $50 dollars the charge of probation violation would be taken care of and then the city of Scottsdale would have 72 hours to pick him up or he'd be released. When I sent his mother to pay the $50 dollar bond they told her there was no $50 dollar bond and that the bond was $2,550 but that is what he owes the city of Scottsdale and they still haven't picked him up. Now they are telling him he is going to court AGAIN for the Phoenix charge and then after that they'll transfer him to Scottsdale to wait to go to court for those charges. I don't have a job or $2,550 dollars or anything worth nearly that much. I'm afraid he's going to end up being in jail PAST MY SCHEDULED C-SECTION. I'm due in 37 days. Any advice? Please help,.
