My late husband suffered from Alzheimer's Disease when he borrowed money and signed documents that deeded his home to another person. That person refuses to return title of the home to my late husband's estate even though the loan was paid off in full. What are my rights?

I have a daughter with someone who has chosen drugs over her, there's been times where he did come to my house to visit her but during the visitation I realized he was still using even though he claimed he had been sober for the 2 months that my daughter had been born. Ever since then, he never really tried to get in touch with me to see her and she's now going to be a year old and I want to sever his rights. How would I go about doing this?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I received a letter from DMV requesting I pay $500.00 for abandonment fee I am 62 yrs old and I am on SSI I let a friend drive my vehicle he was stopped and was not aware he had a suspended license. So they imounded my vehicle and requested about $300.00 for impounds and storage I did not have the money I am on a fixed income I ended up loosing my truck and now they DMV to pay $500.00 for abandonment fee I could lose my license if I dont pay it Could you help me I heard their is some type of waiver I could get if I am low income and go to court

im 17 years old and a few weeks ago my mother kicked me out. i had one of my friends there to witness, and her mom. now my mom is wanting me to go back, but do i have the legal right not to? its a very unstabkle home, ive been forced to live with her since my father died but now i cant take it anymore. our fights scare me and often have gotten physical since i was 14. If a person is renting in an apartment complex and the landlord does not maintain the pool what are the rights of the tenants. The pool is green and pool care company reports landlord does not want to pay for all the right chemicals. This has been on going for 2 months at least.
