  • I own my mobile home but rent my space. The electric lines running from the pedistal are in need of repair. Is this my responsibility as a mobile home owner or the park responsibility AZ the power is coming from their pedestal?

  • We sold a home in Hereford AZ that is in an HOA. At closing we were charged $800 for a disclosure fee. The state statute allows a maximun of $400. We told the HOA this and they refused to let us close unless this was paid. The statute also states that the HOA could be fined up to a $1200 for this. Who can we complain to to get get this investigated?
  • I purchased a condo in October 2019. My inspection identified several repairs needed. I was assured those were the responsibility of the HOA. What was not disclosed is that in November there would be a vote on a Special Assessment, which passed, and now I have a bill for $4800. The seller had been made aware of this for months, but never gave me that information during our negotiations. Do I have any recourse for the seller to be responsible for all or part of this special assessment since it was not disclosed on the statements provided to me?
  • My wife has a friend she's working for about 15 years. They talk a lot after everyone leaves the office the day. About 5 months ago the woman broke down and told my wife her husband has been beating her for 20 yrs she showed my wife several bruises her stomach and told my she's afraid leave because her husband said he will kill her. I know this is how abusers keep their spouses aroun. Is there some place I can find statistics on how many abusers say this and how many actually carry it out? Also if she went the police and the courts the day he hit her and showed the bruises would he be arrested
  • What can I do if my apartment manager showed my rental file to another employee who is the grounds keeper and discussed how my rent payments are always late. Also how they want to evict me because of this.
