  • I'm 63 and pay rent and have a lease in a senior apartment. The landlady is allowing the tenants next door have their non-senior daughter and 2 grandchildren live next door for free for a year and on top of all the chaos and noise from the kids and extra friends and family constantly coming and going this is not the senior living that the landlady advertised when i signed a lease. and to make matters even worse the woman with the 2 kids is a convicted thief . allow the tenants have open mailboxes which makes it extra stress. i try talking to the landlady for a yr. and im being ignored. help!

They sprayed right before he was to move in, but today, four days later, there are baby roaches everywhere. They are supposed to fumigate the complex on Friday, but he's concerned. Can he break the lease if the fumigation fails to get rid of the roaches? He's put out ranch traps all week, and the baby roaches are multiplying.
