  • The landlord recently began a no smoking policy for apartments and their patios. There is a sign posted now. Would this also include our car ports which are not attached to living quarters?

  • I have been living in my rental house for 7 months. The plumbing in the kitchen and bathtub keeps backing up and The landlord has had the plumbers out seven times and still cannot fix the problem. Is that grounds to be able to break my lease?
