Been divorced for 4 years now. We have 50/50 shared custody. My 14 year old daughter is refusing to go back to her dads as he mentally abuses her. I can not force her to go. Will I be in contempt of court if she doesn't not go back to her dads? She has been seeing her school counselor and she knows all the mental abuse she has been going through. She even cuts herself over it. Please help.

Recently in my apartment the refrigerator went out andwas repaired by a repair man the manager sent over and the repairman stated that for me to write out a list of food that was lost and take to the office.this was done and I also sign the paper stating that this in fact did happen.the manager stated that under normal situation the landlord is not responsible for the food that was lost,but because the repairman stated that he would make sure I would get paid for food lost.I would have to take this up with my insurance (Renter's insurance) about $75-100 worth of groceries.The manager has offered to deduct $75 dollars off of rent for the following month,and i agreed to this. The question is am I to be responsible for food that was lost ,when the appliance came with the apartment?this is not the first time this has happen to me.should I contact my insurance company regarding this issue?

hi i'm a non us citizen been living in low income apartments for over 15 years with my children who are all usa citizens how ever my 2 oldest kids moved out and now only 3 of my children are with me one who has autism and 2 other young ones. my landlord now wants to kick me out because i have no papers i want to know what can i do to stop this please any help on information thank you.

we ,my mom me and sister live in a mobile park that came under new management as of resent. we payed $25.000 dollars for a 99 year lease. the new owner has ran most out and is now trying to close the park.... she put a sighn on the front of the park with closer date. there has been no paperwork served to any residents on why or who gives her the right to cancel a payed for lease {without any reinbursement} how can i stop the madness and injustice being brought-on bye her. what legal paperwork court judgement or anyother documents does she have to provide.

Hello, my son has a child with an ex girlfriend. 3 months ago the ex g/f dropped the child off with my son with no clothes,an extremely filthy diaper,no food, no toys,no bottle/sippy cup. nothing. my son is unable to care for him as my grandson has several serious medical issues steming from being born with only one enlarged kidney. My son has asked my husband and myself to take permanent custody of him since we can provide care, love and health insurance to have him medically taken care of. is this possible since there is no way to contact the childs mom? she has not been seen in 3 months
