  • My fiancee was verbally told today that I had to remove myself from the mobile home park because of Rejection of Application for Residency, something I applied for 3 months ago and heard nothing. I was not given any notice nor told to leave by the management. Can they tresspass me from the trailer park?
  • What if I want to file a small claim against my previous landlord in Tucson but I no longer live in Arizona? Does this have to be done in person?
  • In July I went to SALA to see about filing bankruptcy. I am behind on everything due to unemployment and medical bills for my son. The lawyer I saw said not to at this point because I make too little to garnish,and sent me home with some pamphlets. Now my HOA has sued and won and is putting a lein on my house.I will never be able to make the payment they are asking for. My house is free and clear. Can the HOA still take my home and leave my kids and I homeless? Or are they bound by the homestead law? Thank you.

  • I live in a manufactured home on my daughers land. In lieu of space rent, I "sold" my trailer and car to her back in 2010. It is now jointly titled. When I die, I will only have household possessions, clothes, some jewerly. My entire possessions if sold at yard sale prices would probably net less than $2,000. Would my daughter have to do a Small Estate Affidafidt for my few earthly possessions? The cost of filing and hiring a lawyer would surpass the value. I may have to go on Medicaid as well- do they go after personal possessions (not property)? I would hate to have to cause such a burden for such few possessions. Thank you!

  • The landlord shut off our water at 3 in the afternoon and said it was only for a half hour to fix a small leak. It is now 8 am the following day and our water is still off with no word from our landlord. What can I do or call to get this issue remedied
