If the child is in joint custody, do they have a choice on whether they want to spend time with the other parent or not?

My stepfather has been admitted to a long term nursing home this year with Medicaid pending. Does my 81 year old Mother need to file taxes? Mom's attorney prepared the Medicaid application.

I was late on October rent and the owners agreed to give me extra time to pay, until they learned I was in a bad car accident last week. Now they are saying to pay by tomorrow or they will proceed with an eviction. I am scared to death. My back is broken. The accident was the other drivers fault and I already have a lawyer working on it. Can I get a protective order to grant me extra time to pay rent?

What can a person do to seal a class 6 felony non repetitive , aggravated DUI record? I could not get a set aside judgement because it was too premature. I did get the civil rights and the right to posses arms. However, how can I seal the court records, criminal or civil so I do not have to answer my record for a job application?

I have been renting from a management group for 3 years. The past year and a half getting them to fix things takes weeks sometimes months. I had my glass of my patio door fall halfway out 3x. I had water leaks where it took weeks to get there and they didn't clean up water and now I have mold. They took off my lock off patio and never put on. Safety latch for pool was taken off. I have kids. My pool took a month and a half to get fixed was green where you can't see bottom. I have documentation and emails and photos. I finally had enough gave notice to move. They said no. What can I do?

I just started caring for a 90 year old lady, more than 20 hours per week, in exchange for a place to study & sleep. DES says I need to work 20 hours a week to get food stamps. Would my caring of the 90 year old count as working even though I do not get paid?

I gave revocable guardianship to my mom when I moved out of state so the kids could finish that school year and I started my new job. Now that I have petitioned to revoke guardianship, she is suing me for custody. I am so far and not sure how to handle this.
