  • I am filing a foreclosure on an agreement for sale because of non payment for 5 months. Do I need to send a letter of intent to foreclosure and wait 60 days before filing with the court?

  • My question is about signing a lease and the rent is showing 745.00 a month which I signed on July 30th of this year. From 09/01/2015 to midnight 08/31/2016. I was told by the manager of the complex that there was a mistake was made by there computer and that the rent should have been for 796.62. This was told to me after I had sign my original lease. The manager wanted me to initial a additional paper to show that the computer should have shown that the rent was suppose to be 796.62.what I want to know is do I pay the 745.62 or the 796.62.

This individual that purchased our Mercedes said that his wife did not like the car and he wanted his money back. When I refused he threatened to sue me. Today I received a "Truth Affidavit" in the mail from his personal attorney making a number of false claims and naming my business as a "shell company" in the matter. My business was never relevant in the matter. How should I proceed with this?
  • In the city of Phoenix Arizona they are allowed to charge a 2% tax fee on rent. My apartment complex charges 2.3% on every single charge on the bill. My rent is $757 and I pay $17.41 for taxes just on my rent alone. My mailbox is on site but I have to drive 20 minutes and pay $40 to pick up my mailbox key! Even though it's onsite. It's not a P.O Box. They also charge a $21 fee to pay my rent online but they refuse to let us pay any other way than online. When asked if the 2.3% tax is included in property tax the employee agreed it was. Is this legal to keep charging all these fees w/ high tax?
  • my son was given a two day notice (Feb. 10th 2020 Friday at 6 p.m. weekends closed) that he needed to leave his apartment (1 month after moving in and paying his first months rent) in order for the property management company to perform emergency repairs. the landlord of this unit nor my son were not given any documentation nor information in regards to what repairs. they were both unaware of any repairs needed.   • My landlord is requiring beginning August 1st every tenant to take an unnecessary utility called RegalWaste and upon renewal to pay $15 a month for this service, even though regular trash will continue and charged for in the utility bill. RegalWaste includes storing their bins in your bins until pickup time from in front of your door and then bringing it back into your apt. till the next day. Is this legal and what if I say no.
