I remarried my first wife after being divorced for 6 years. We are divorcing once again, is the old divorce still in tact? Since the old divorce was not motified or a notification of change "being remarried", are the orders in the first divorce or any child support arrears still affective?

My apartment has developed a rat problem. I found a hole that I believe they are coming out of. Instead fixing the hole the landlord told me to buy traps and poison then he'll reimburse me. landlord last month told all residents of the park that we are going to have to make rent payments online. they have set it up through a company called "PayLease" and are planning to make an addendum to current lease and all future tenants will also be required to pay online. a fee will be charged if tenants want to pay by check or cash. is there anything we can do?
