  • Our Mobile Home Management has requested all residents submit copies of the title to their mobiles and home owners insurance. Is this something we must comply with, even though we are not in the process of selling our homes?

His reason is because he wants to install new fence around the whole mobile park and repair the roads because they are cracking and a pool. He saids we are in charge of paying for all repairs for everything that has to do with the property. Is this true? I know we do have to take care of the lawn maintenance and our homes but do we also have to take care of everything else? Please help thank you
  • We have been having trouble with our A/C unit for over a year now and each time the landlord "fixes" it it breaks soon after. Last summer our place was uninhabitable for 3 weeks. The landlord "fixed" our AC twice already this week. Today they showed up to let us know it's still broken. What do we do?
  • We are schedule to move out on 1/31/08. Landlord has offer to have a mock walk thru on 1/24 to let us know of anything she notices that would need fixing. We are then having the final walkthru on 1/31/08.
