  • My landlord has told me that he is going into foreclosure soon. He has began to remove things from the home because he 'owns' it and wants to take it before the bank takes the home. Items include: storage shed, backyard patio ceiling, steel bars from the windows. Is this legal? Should their be a change in rent due to the cosmetic change of the house?
  • I would like to have assistance with filling out advance directives. Can you help?
  • Some states websites, such as MA, state that the home office expense taken on a tax return may be a countable self-employment expense for SNAP (Nutrition assistance) benefits. I cannot find anything about this on the DEA/FAA website, AZ Admin. Code, FAA Policy Manual, etc. Does anyone know? If so, and if countable, can you point me to a code section or rule number I can cite to get DES to permit this expense to be counted?
  • For the past 2 months, Apartments have been having hot water issues. Month of October had no hot water for 2 to 3 days and now in November about 4 days. Hot water has been off on the morning of 11/20/2019 and suppose to be back on afternoon of 11/21/2019. Wondering if there is recourse or a credit on my rent for the month. Pay 735 a month to live there.

The man intimidated a disabled female in the home and verbally assaulted her the following day (at which time they were given 10 days to vacate), they were caught smoking marijuana in the home (given a verbal warning), their dog bit someone (didn't break skin just bruising and swelling), caught smoking a second time - told to leave immediately and made threats of imminent harm. Have not returned to claim possessions as agreed and claim we owe them money. What do I do?

My dad went and gave the man the money for the truck. My dad and i do not get along and he is mental (seriously). Now everytime he gets slightly irritated, he tries to take my truck and we get into it. The title has his name on it, but he is wrongly abusing. I'm so tired of this!Please help me?
  • I was involved in a Granny scam. I deposited $4930 into a CHASE account in LHC, AZ. When I discovered it was fraud I went to the bank for help. With the help of and FBI agent the account has been frozen with approx 1/2 the money. The bank indicated I must get a court order to get the funds released to me. I have called numerous lawyers and have had no success in getting help. Since this is fraud I have fictitious names and no addresses of involved individuals. What can I do and who can help me get this court order?
