Now my wife is threatening to get an order of protection against me even though she was the violent one. What can I do to protect myself? And will I be able to contact my kids? I'll have to live out of my car as I know no one around here.
  • A TPO was filed on me. The petitioner tried to contact me many times after filing. Sending me texts like "Please cum sleep with me". The judge still extended the order for 12 months. I posted a web site giving an editorial of my experience. The petitioner got a warrant & I was charged with Aggravated Stalking in a different county than the TPO was filed. Can a web site be considered contact?

Our son cannot go outside because he just wants to touch it. Do we hire someone to remove it and take it out of the rent? They also never reimbursed us for the exterminators who camea few times when we first moved in. They have never acknowledged, and denied the issue of the bugs. This had been an ongoing issue with them.

Can the HOA still take my home and leave my kids and I homeless? Or are they bound by the homestead law? Thank you.
