  • I live in an apartment complex with utilities includedthe electric has gone off twice this morning and a few other times this past week. Is this a violation of the lease if it keeps happening?

We call the owner immediately and let him know and he said he would take care of it, we also let him know we had our furniture in the Arizona room And would be covering it so that there would be no damage. Unfortunately, it was very hard and we did have rain, our high top bar set and tile top table and patio couch and chairs were ruined because of the heat. The landlord took almost 3 months to finally get someone to replace the ceiling.
