Purchased a mobile home in an all age community Feb 2019. It has 3 wall A/C units (1 in each bedroom and one that sometimes struggles to cool the livingroom/ kitchen area). We were recently told by somebody that by law it has to have central A/C because of how hot it gets here in AZ. Trying to find out if this is true or not. If this is true, is it legal that it was sold without central A/C and who would be responsible for putting one in?

If the test comes back that he is the parent, does she have to make the babies last name the same as his in order to get child support? If he signs his parental rights away, does he still have to pay child support?
