  • My sister has been deemed terminal. She has 4 young children. She probably has a couple months to live and is stressing because her oldest daughters don't want to live with their dad but they currently have joint custody arrangements. Her daughters are 14 and 11 and their dad has another custody case that he just recently lost along with having a CPS investigation opened due to abuse from him to child. These girls were also in the car when he was arrested for DUI. Where do we need to start to be able to obtain sole immediate custody for these girls? we need some thing quick..
  • In regards to ars 41-1758.07 What is the difference between section b 42 and section c 66? B42 within 5 years- so anything older than five years is ok.......   • I had a DUI in 2005. I thought everything was done. In 2014 the court issued a warrant for my arrest ( I found out because they suspended my concealed weapons license ) .I called the city court and they said it was over a DUI in 2005. I went to court , and the judge said I did not do 36 hours of alcohol treatment. I had receipts for traffic school, MADD school, level 1 school . The attorney I had, when I called him, said that a retired judge was going back thru all the DUI cases because Tucson was broke and was trying to get more money from everybody. Is this legal after 9 years?
  • My landlord agreed to accept my late payment however when I notified him my air conditioner wasn't working he refused to fix and demanded I pay additional late fees if I wanted it fixed then I had a week or so to move. I haven't paid the rent due to my fear of being evicted after paying leaving me w nothing. My roof has a hole in it repaired 4 times that leaks w black mold. He's aware of all w pics and messages stating he won't fix air until he's paid. Can he do that?
