  • Hello, I recently moved out on Aug 26 2016 of a rental property managed by a property management company. On the 14th business day I was sent an estimated security deposit itemized list. When am I supposed to get the final one? Owner of house doing a complete remodel and could be months before she's done. Am I supposed to wait that long to hear back? Also, what is the lifetime of a carpet? Their trying to charge me for cleaning when carpet is 20 years old and we lived there for 5 years.
  • Can the new owners of the park ask for all my family members and health history in a new rental agreement? Why do they need this information?
  • My landlord is evicting me because she says my son is valdalizing property in our complex. I believe this to be untrue and wish to dispute the eviction. How can I go about that?   • I was charged almost 500 dollars in water usage, but the landlord does not want to have someone come check the meter that is owed by them and is also charging a service fee on top of the water bill every month, and I was told by that they are not supposed to be making money of the water they are only supposed to charge what the city charges them and not make a profit out of it. Is it true they can't make a profit and how can I proceed legally on my 500 dollar water charge if I know I don't have any leaks that could originate that 500 dollar charge?

I once had guardianship of the child when he was 3 months old until he was alnoay a year, and have known the father since the biological mother, now deceased, was pregnant. They are like family to me. we have been trying to find out if he can give me parentals
  • I have a 4 year old, the father has been in prison for 4 yrs. His name isn't on the birth certificate, paternity has been established. went to court for child support. judge verdict; im financially responsible untill dads released.father was released dec 2012.we tried to work it out.I was the sole provider for him and my son financially.Father became physically abuse(towards me) had black outs, son was almost hit with a rock the last incident. no report filed , we moved states. dad is in prison till aug 27 2013(unrelated), what is best solution? full custody and restraining order??
