  • i applied for cash asst. and food stamps how do I find out the status of my application
  • If someone puts an order of protection or a restraining order against me, it is good for 1 year from service. But how long after does it stay on my personal file.
  • Does AZ law require the debt of a deceased relative to be paid. I am listed as a trustee on my Mothers revocable trust. Am I required to pay on any of Her debt?
  • My sister and her husband are divorcing and he will get custody of their two boys. He is active in the Military and currently overseas. He will be returning late September and they wish for my husband and I to care for them for a few months due to my sister moving out of state. I would like some form of legal documentation to be able to enroll them in school and seek medical care if needed. What is the quickest, easiest, and least court dependent way to do this? All parties are in agreement.
  • My Landlord wants us to pay Lawyer Fee's even though we have not been to court and he will not accept our payments unless we pay this fee.
  • Our lease currently expired on Oct 25th. 6 months ago, we reached out to see what the landlords intention was. After pleading with the owner, he agreed to renew and negotiated a rent price. Now, 2 weeks ago, we were sent an email with the owners intent to sell. We reminding them of the previous conversation and was told again, that the owner was going to honor his word and renew and talked about rent price. And just today we received an email that the owner will 100% be selling. Do we have any recourse since it was clear of his intent to renew?
  • Are the DES workers allowed to treat applicant badly? If I wanted to file a complaint, what would I need to do?
  • under what circumstance can you with hold rent or any amount of the rent from your landlord for doing repairs or fixing things your self that you have asked to be repaired and are not getting done?
  • I don't know if you can help us or maybe direct us to someone who can. KayKay Properties took over as managers of our apartment building. This is not an assisted living facility, but regular low income senior apartments. I am one of the original tenant and the other original tenants and we have gone through several managers. But this company has come in and is trying to dictate to us, change rules that make so sense and threaten with evictions. We have been told that none of our grandchildren under the age of 18 can spend the night with us anymore, if they do, we will be evicted. If someone is on medical marijuana they can't smoke it in their apartment, they have to leave the building and smoke in the parking lot. If they smoke in the building they will be evicted. We can't go to check out mail in our robes, if we do we will be evicted. They will spray for roaches, but we have to count the number of dead ones, and if they have to spray again we have to pay for it. If we don't pay for the exterminator, we will be evicted. If any of us are ill and need family or friends to help us, we have to let management know who they are, where they work and how much they make, if not...you guessed it, we will be evicted. Please, we need someone who can help this is like living in a communist community. Rose Turman 602 599 1033
