  • I live in a complex and in our contracts state that they would spray once a month for bugs and change air filter, once a year change fire detector batteries. None of this is being done and we now have a bed bug problem here and they have not fixed security gate ..it has been broken for 2 years and they have us locked out of the laundry room..can anything be done on our part? WHAT LEGAL RIGHTS DO I HAVE AND HOW DO I CLAIM SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES(MY BOYFRIEND HAD A MASSIVE STROKE 7/04/08).

I only had liability and their lawyers letter states they are suing me personally since my insurance wont help cover anything. He had no injuries at all at the accident, walked around waiting for police, talking on his cell. He went to the doctor 2 days later according to his lawyer. Can I really be liable for 28 grand? Do I need lawyer?

Is there anyway I can take a "personal leave" or short term disability for a few weeks, and then in November file for FMLA ? Please advise. Thank you. (The personal leave would be for birth, the FMLA would be to bond and take care of a newborn)
