My husband and I were married in 2000. We separated in 2001 and have no lived together or been in a relationship ever since. He was deported to Mexico. How can I file? He agreed to sign and get papers notarized in Mexico immediately. Would they be valid in Arizona?

I am an expecting mother and would like to know how to obtain food stamps.I have been approved for state assistance and need to know if I can have my food stamps mailed to me and ordered on-line.

What are the policies of having access to water? The landlord continues to turn the water off sometimes with notice, sometimes with out. I have been here for almost a year and the water is shut off at least 3 to 4 times a month.

My employer will not let me see my personal file.Is this legal?

My boyfriend and I see his seven year old son every other weekend. I learned the child might not have medical insurance. In the Court documents; it states that the mother is responsible for his medical. The child has never seen a dentist and complains of pain when brushing his teeth. Is that grounds for neglect? I am a manitory reporter, I am worried if I let it go, I could get into trouble myself if child has injury or gets sick.

The child support payments I pay are garnished through my employer. The monies are paid to a gov't clearing house agency in Phoenix. When I changed jobs and wages began garnishment (eventually) the amount that was garnished was incorrect. I didn't realize and had no part in setting up the garnishment. Now I am being sued for arrears. Who is responsible for submitting the correct garnishment calculations? The court order clearly states the monthly amount to be paid.

I was out starting to prune my Mesquite Tree and noticed a large Bee Hive and Honey Comb. I came inside and called a Bee Removal because I didn't want to get Stung or my dogs. I had my Landscapers coming that afternoon to prune all my trees in preperation for the Moonsoons. My Lease states that I am responsible for yard maintence which I have done for nearly 7years. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVALE AND HONEY COMB

My sister is pregnant and she has a two minor children already that is out of the home. Her daughter has been adopted by the fathers parents an her son has been adopted by another family and she is pregnant yet again and has got into alot of trouble i want to get custody of the baby but i dont know if i should obtain Power of Attorey or should i go for Guardianship or Legal Custody I need help bad and soon!!!!!!
