  • I've been handling my divorce on my own. So far I've found all the forms online. Now I've run into a wall, I can't find where to download the forms, that will get me subpoenas, or tell me how/where to get em. If anyone can help with this, I'd be very grateful.

  • What rights do I have while on Supervised Probation? It's been a year with no violations and I still have to call into TASK and I am unable to commit to my field of work because I would be leaving for work in Date land or further at 5 in the morning, and the earliest you can call in is 6. I'm on my third PO, and my first told me six months with TASk and I would be taken off. Then she disappeared for Two months with me calling 1 to 3 times a day.   • I have a trust fund that was set up for myself and brother when our mom passed away in 1990. My grandma was the trustee until she passed away 4 years ago. My brother is now the trustee along w my aunt. I do not have a good relationship w either of my trustees and I cannot get any communication from my brother about my trust. I have repeatedly requested info about my trust but I never get a response of any kind. I dont even know if my trust can legally be kept from me anymore or if it shld have been dispersed by now.   • I just rented a new apartment and there has roaches infested in the unit. I notified the manager via text and he already spray the unit but there are still lots of live roaches roaming around the unit after 10 days. Especially at night that they are crawling all over my bed. Can I terminate the lease agreement without holding my rent. And what should I do so in order to break because of habitability issue. thanks
  • What is the time limit on the landlord fixing problems in the house? We have sent 3 requests since August 3, 2014 and they still have not fixed these 2 problems.
  • I applied at an apartment complex and they told me I needed to pay a holding fee so they can hold the apartment for me. All I did qawas sign the application and told them i would bring tye holding fee another day so they gave me another form stating all of the fees I was to pay at move in. (You sign that AFTER you pay the holding fee). So a couple days later I went in and cancelled my application and now they're sending me to collection for that holding fee. I asked to be shown the policy on that and all they showed me was a paper saying the amount and next to it "non-refundable".
