  • I got married in san luis Az. when I was a legal resident, but now I'm no longer a legal resident and I live in san luis mexico, I been separated for 13 years and I want to get a divorce, I don"t know what to do.

  • My landlord has told me that he is going into foreclosure soon. He has began to remove things from the home because he 'owns' it and wants to take it before the bank takes the home.   • Hello, my husband & I purchased an older home in Aug. The Sellers listed on the disclosure statement that they treated for roof rats. However, they didn't solve the issue. It has taken us 6 months to resolve the problem not to mention a lot of money. Since it was listed on the disclosure statement, do we have any recourse?
  • My landlord is kicking us out of the house a month before our lease is up. During the time of our stay in this home, no repairs have been made after we notified them and the previous tennents possesions are still in the home. They have also refused to give us an copy of our original SIGNED lease and instead emailed us an changed copy that had our name typed out through a different person months later. Full access to the house was not given despite what was implied in the lease. They made unannounced visits and we have reasonable suspicion that they are leasing this home without a license.
  • I was immediately told that another tenant is coming and am supposed to come out without any notice then i told them i needed time to prepare but the new tenant started rearranging my tables putting them in one cornerin the shop i rented after delaying payment and was told i owe the landlord nothing since the new tenant had paid for extra six month, i moved out whilst he intended me to witness then continued arranging. It been two days now and i haven't gone there but am told he doing business whilist my property is there inside. I took no action because he known to be one of the wealthman
  • I co signed on a car for my ex boyfriend.We broke up few weeks later then said he could not pay for the car so I took over the payments. Now he wants the car back but the car company will not take my name off of the loan even though my ex is willing to sign off.Refinancing is not an option because the loan is more than the car is worth. Is their some legal process to get my name removed? I do not want the risk of him ruining my credit.
