  • father is not paying court ordered support, how do I file for contempt of court
  • I am in Arizona, my daughters father lives in California. I am letting her go to California to be with her father for a couple weeks. What happens if he does not want to give her back?
  • My tenant who rents the back bedroom in my 2 bedroom mobile home has given me verbal notice of her intent to no longer honor our oral month to month rental agreement by ceasing to pay rent as of the 1st of the month; but when asked of her intended date to vacate the property she tells me I have to evict her with due process...even though she initiated the termination of our agreement and I accepted her termination. My main query here being...since she verbally informed me of her intent to cease paying rent and to vacate the property and I accepted her termination...do I have to evict her too?

  • I am a single mother and caretaker for my 92 year old grandfather. He is stable but declining rapidly. I am about to put him on home Hospice care. My lease is about to expire (at the end of June) and my landlord gave me very short notice that they are not renewing my lease and want me out. We have grown children from previous marriages. Since AZ is a survivor right state, God forbid, if something were to happen to us both, we want legal docs in place for the kids to be governed by. How can we proceed in setting this legal process in motion?

  • Our leasing company who operates nation wide told me their contractors are legally obligated to tell them if they see or hear pets. (We don’t have one but our neighbors does, these houses are squished together) now they are trying to force fees with out me signing anything. It feels like an invasion, one of these dates this has been “recorded” was today while I’m at work. We haven’t requested for anything to be fixed. Is this legally allowed?

This rule is in a design builds document that we never received or agreed to at move in. We are refusing the fees and think this should void our lease since we only signed the CC&r's and the rules and regs. We weren't told about this and never would have rented a house that didn't allow a work truck. Anything I can do from here?
