  • my daughter is 22 tried leaving her abusive boyfriend has 2 kids. when she was leaving he jummped on the car to prevent her from leaving and then called the cops and said she ran him over. she went to jail. and when she got out he will not give her the kids back said he is keeping them and she cant see them the cops will not hep her get them. said he is on the birth certific and they cant help.week prior he beat her up but fled the scene how can we get her kids back he will not let her see them? please help i want to see my grandkids!

Full: I have been a tenant for 4 years at the residence. My lease expired July 13, 2018. We did not renew the lease this year, so I've been paying month-to-month. I got a new out of state job and scheduled the movers for July 13. She suddenly sent me a text message on May 30 to vacate by July 1. She did not give me notice that she was looking for a new tenant. I have never been late or delinquent on rent payment. What are my legal options?

  • I accepted a plea agreement for a diversion program in which i needed to complete a specified ammount of classes and then my charge would be dropped... About half way through, i was arrested on a different matter and spent a week in jail before the charges were dropped... I was released on the new charges but now i have a warrant for not completing the terms of the program...
