  • I live in a 55+ park, on 10/2 The Gas was shut off due to a leak, The master Pipe under my trailer needs repair, I have been told 3 times that it would be fixed and I would have gas. The only thing done is my Meter was removed and the pipe capped off, so everyone else would have Gas, and that took 24 Days. What is a reasonable amount of time for repairs
  • I am 74 with over $30,000 in CC debt. How do I get out of debt so I can retire. I work fulltime, but afraid of unexpected health problems. My husband has less than $800 per month from SS. I have no other debt other than CC and household expenses. Own 3 late model cars and home which are all paid for in full.   • I live in TX. My daughter and her mother moved to AZ 2 years ago. I paid support and maintained telephonic contact. During this time, unknown to me, the mother became a heroine addict and gave temporary custody to the grandmother. When I was informed of the situation, I attempted to gain custody of my daughter and the grandmother, who worked for Pima Co. Superior Court, filed for permanent custody. With our court date set for Nov 4th and my plane and hotel paid, the court calls me and says they changed the date. Is that even legal with less than 24 hours notice? Do I have any recourse?
  • we had no electric in one room of our rental for 9 months. It would sometimes flicker when we jumped on the floor or slammed the door. We contacted the landlord several times to repair it. We have several text messages stating such. The cost to repair was more than 50% of our rent. We gave our 30 day notice on July 2 for August 1st after months of trying to get this repaired. Our landlord checked us out on Aug 1 stating everything was perfect and we would receive all of our deposit back in 14 business days. Our total deposit was $1850- we received $300. They stated we did not give them notice

  • I am currently active duty 19 years. Divorced 2 years ago. Spouse is eligible for a share of my retirement. However the decree states I must begin to pay her share of my retirement beginning the month I am eligible to retire. It was based of a % share. No lawyer or my military office can give me how much that share is in dollars they tell me they will know when I retire. How can I pay her monthly when no one knows the amount until I retire? Is it even Legal that I have to pay her retirement if I haven’t retired? Did I not get good representation?
  • My landlord comes to my house unannounced very often.  Since January he has been here every day.  He brings his son and they work on cars in the backyard from morning until eleven o'clock at night sometimes.  The lease says he has access to the shed.  My landlord says that because the lease says he has access to the shed, he is justified.  He also enters my house when nobody is home/  What should I do?
