How long does a tenant have to file a lawsuit against a landlord for disposing of tenants property. My landlord disposed everything I owned for 30 years after I was evicted and forced to leave at a moments notice. 12 days later everything I owned was discarded without any notice to me. Is ther anything I can do.

I had a court date and I was actually in emergency room getting a mental health evaluation I faxed the proof to the judge and he still put a bench warrant out for my arrest and there was no bond set I have never been known to run or not show up to court so I'm not a threat of fleeing is this legal? if what can I do

The child support worksheet has childcare listed, what does the word discretionary mean next to it? My children's father is suppose to pay childcare costs and now refusing because he says the word discretionary means its up to him to decide. Is that right? This amount is also a factor in figuring out the final child support amount? He pays 452.80 for 3 kids. But refuses to pay the childcare...just need some advice. Thx

I would like to know if I'm still eligible for cash assistance for my son (I'm not his birth mother)under the kinship program. I was told by a friend I could receive cash, but I know nothing about this. Because at my last appointment I was told I could no longer receive cash assistance for him .I'm up for recertification for medical, foodstamps and cash, if I can still receive it for him.

I need to no if I can be Evicted cause I wrote letter to the Manager letting her no she over charged me for Rent for the mouth of July. I was placed her threw a Domestic vilioce Shelter n everything was explained to the Manager when I was brought here. She was told that I get paid every 2 weeks and that I work at ----. So we explained to her ( Manager ) that I will not be able to pay the Rent on the First of the Mo. She agreed with that and said she will work with me on the Rent. Now the Housing program Paid the Rent up for 3 mos. Now she is Evicteing me for being late on this Mo.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Am I responsible for my husband's credit card debt? He is the primary person on the account. The credit card company closed the account when they were notified of his passing. There is no money to pay the bill, so am I still responsible for this debt?
