  • If I believe my tenants have skipped and they are not claiming certifiied mail which is sent to them at the property address, may we enter the property after posting to the front of the residence the 48Hr Notice to Enter and Inspect? This notice was mailed first class and Certified mail return receipt along with being posted . This action was outlined in the tenants Residental Lease Agreement for us to have the right to inspect after giving notice. Are we safe to enter?

  • My lease states that 2 adults are allowed to leave in the premises. I had a friend stay with me and my landlord forced me to kicked them out. He said that having somebody else stay with me without his approval meant I broke the lease and he could evict me.   • I live in a mobile home park with 90 spaces. We own our homes, but pay rent for the lot. The park sold recently to a property management person who lives and works in the L.A. California area. She has not hired a manager to be on the premises.If we have any problems we need to call her telephone number in California. She has a couple who live in the park that she refers maintenance problems to. They have no authority to answer any questions about anything. We have been given a list of rules and regulations, but no one is here to see that they are adhered to. Is a manager required?
