  • Does your (401K ERISA) remain exempt when filing BK7 if you pledged it as collateral to a private loan you made with someone?
  • I have never been convicted of a crime before. I just moved here to Arizona about two weeks ago. I got a citation for urinating in public. Should I plea not guilty and seek counsel? Or plea guilty? If I do plea guilty will there be a criminal record on my file? I am a medical student, and do not want a criminal record. Thank you for your time.

Now he is legally divorced thru korean court and I have the official notarized court documents. Is it automatically accepted here in the USA? Our landlord is deducting from our deposit depreciation for the carpet. we lived there three years and in those 3 years we had the kids rooms get a couple small stain. I understand the stains but can the land lord take money away from us for depreciation on the carpet? every house is going to get depreciation over time and use and they are the one renting it out and even if they weren't they would be living in it them selves. if a landlord can do that than they are going to start doing it for the house.   • Va Hospital prescribed medication causing me to suffer chest pains everytime I took the medication. VAMC Phx emergency, Drs told me I was only suffering 'Distress Syndrome' and released. Four hours later ambulance to Chandler Hospital for a Heart attack - two stents. I've since been taking 10 nitros a day for pain. The VA placed me in the Hospital for observation for 2 1/2 days. Drs did no testing just observation (Cardiologist too busy to see me) and released. I ended up in Chandler Hosp again, they did all the testing VA refused. Results I need open heart surgery & a Pro Bono Lawyer.
