  • Hello. A small fire broke out in my kitchen. Fire department and police spoke with my landlord telling her that I could not stay due to soot and it needed be taking care of. Landlord stated she spoke with owner and a team would be out to find my apartment. 1 month later nothing is fixed.   • I’ve been renting my condo for a year and a half. For the past 8 months we have experienced flooding issues when it rains. My landlord replaced the carpet but since it keeps flooding and now it smells awful like mold. I want them to bring in professionals as I have two children under 5 living in that room specifically that keeps flooding. They keep putting it off and the smell is unbearable. I’ve seen mold growing on the window but I believe this is under the carpet or in the walls. What can I do!? My lease isn’t up for another 6 months.
