Question: how much in arrears does a person have to be before being arrest
Answer: I am assuming at you are talking about a court fee or citation fee. Once you have gone to court and set up a payment plan, you are required to keep up with your monthly payments. If you are unable to make those payments you are required to keep in contact with the court before your payment due date either by letter or in person. Once you miss one month of payment a warrant will be issued for your arrest, there is also a warrant fee and a processing fee that will be added to your current debt. It is important to remember that you cannot be arrested for being poor, but you can be arrested for not keeping in contact with the court. https://www.chandleraz.gov/default.aspx?pageid=614
