Question: my ex husband and i are going to court to modify child custody. we have a 15 yr old boy and a 12 yr old girl. he has told the children if the cousody changes in my favor that they will have to share a bedroom. he has a four bedroom house is this legal

Answer:

There is nothing illegal about sharing a bedroom; whether or not it is appropriate is another matter.  Keep in mind, when contested issues (disagreements) between parents regarding their children are brought before the court (in Arizona), the judge will rule on what s/he believes is in the best interest of the children.
