Question: My children's father and I have joint legal custody and joint physical custody. He just provided 60-day notice that he is moving more than 100 miles away. I read that I need to request a hearing to prevent this. How do I do that?
Answer: Contact the Maricopa County Superior Court, or contact your attorney regarding child custody modification.
